Directions
- Step 1
- In a large skillet, heat the oil and brown the onions and vegetables. Add the garlic and ginger and continue cooking for a few minutes. Add rice, soy sauce, hot sauce, and sesame oil. Cook over high heat, stirring constantly for a few minutes, or until some parts of the rice are golden brown and crispy. Move to one side of the pan and pour the whisked eggs on the other side. Stir until almost cooked, then toss with the remaining ingredients in the skillet.

- Divide among plates and garnish with green onions, lime zest, and peanuts.
