Ingredients

- pork tenderloin, cut into cubes

- apples, cut into 8 quarters

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Mustard glaze
- 1/4 cup
- old-fashioned mustard
- 60 ml
- 3 tbsp.
- maple syrup
- 45 ml
- 1 tbsp.
- fresh rosemary, chopped
- 15 ml

Directions
- Step 1
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the glaze. Marinate the cubes of pork for at least one hour, or overnight.
- Step 2
- Preheat the BBQ to 200°C (400°F).
- Step 3
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for about 20 minutes.
- Step 4
- Assemble the skewers by alternating pork cubes, apple pieces, and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 5
- Grill on the BBQ five to six minutes each side, until slightly pink in colour.
