- Step 1
- Microwave chocolate with peanut butter in a large bowl on high, stirring every 30 seconds. Don’t overcook—stop as soon as mixture has completely melted.
- Step 2
- Add icing sugar and mix well. Stir in corn flakes and chopped peanuts, if using. It’s normal for flakes to break.
- Step 3
- Mound generous tablespoonfuls of mixture onto wax paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
