- Zest of 1/2 orange, finely grated

 - In a blender, purée all of the ingredients, except for the turmeric and orange wedges, until smooth.
 
- Step 2
 - Pour the mixture into a large glass or two small glasses. Sprinkle with the turmeric and garnish with an orange wedge.
